Architects

We pride ourselves in being “the Architect’s Choice“ within the Ringwood, Salisbury and Bournemouth areas. We have strong experience in working with architects for over a decade. They are confident to recommend us because they find us reliable, professional and know our work is finished to an exceptional quality.

We always ensure that their plans are followed meticulously to ensure the integrity of the build. We follow the architect’s blueprint and client specifications to the letter but are happy to recommend and/or advise, if ever required. We can work either to ‘design and manage’ or ‘design and plan’, as required.

Often architects will call us with an overview of the new project first to ensure there is a good fit and we can establish that the timeline is feasible within our schedule.

We produce a timely tender pack from architects drawings, structural plans and tender summary which includes a full list of costs that are broken down as required.

We can be flexible and look at alternatives should any line item need refining. Our objective is to work with the architect to get the best result and cost for the end client.

Once the tender has been approved we organise a formal handover meeting between ourselves, the architect(s) and client. Here we formalise the payment stages required and final contact.

We work strictly to the architect’s guidelines and at the end of each stage there is an evaluation for the architect to sign off before we submit the invoice for that stage. 5% retention is normally held back by the client until final sign off.
